I’m not the best at math, so I thought financial writing would be a real challenge. Then when Agency of Record Fallon introduced new branding that was attitudinal and headline-focused, the challenge got even harder. Thankfully my team of ACDs Angela O’Daniel and Raul Escudero made it easy for me to focus on the line, while they took care of the layouts.

The hardest part of the new branding was you had to be a bank, without sounding like a bank – and you had to get bank people to approve it.
